Artist's Description
I took the reference photo in the Forbidden City in Beijing, China in April, 2019. I cropped it so that I could emphasize this wonderful kid's face and jacket. I didn't notice it at the time, but the reflection of a passing woman played out wonderfully in the window.
About Wendy Keeney-Kennicutt
I am a watercolorist and a retired chemistry prof from Texas A&M University living in College Station, TX. I started as a watercolorist in 2013 by attending classes with local artists.
