For years, our patch of double daylilies never flowered. This year, my husband made sure they were watered and fed; voila! I wanted to combine my love of flowers, crystal and colorful shadows and this was the perfect opportunity.
I am a watercolorist and a retired chemistry prof from Texas A&M University living in College Station, TX. I started as a watercolorist in 2013 by attending classes with local artists. Since then, I have won several awards in our local judged show, including Best in Show in 2019. Robyn Glass and I started Brazos Watercolor Retreats (BrazosWatercolorRetreats.com) in 2019.
